The Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR) is a self-governing part of the Moscow Patriarchate, reunited with it by the 2007 Act of Canonical Communion. Formed among the Russian emigration after 1920, it keeps the Old (Julian) Calendar throughout. Its primate is the Metropolitan of Eastern America and New York.
